Outlook/Outlook Express by Microsoft

After opening Outlook or Outlook Express click on the Tools menu option at the top of the screen. You will then want to select the "Accounts" option.

 

 

You will then need to click on the new button and after that, select the mail option. You will then go through the setup wizard. Your email address will be username@yourdomain.com. Your POP3 and SMTP servers will both be mail.yourdomain.com. Your username and password will be what you setup.

We require authorization to send email as well as to receive your email. This stops anyone from using out mail servers and using them for spamming or crashing our mail servers. Below is the steps you will need to take to send the appropriate information to send your email.

After setting up your mail account, go to the Tools menu and select the accounts option again. After hi-lighting the mail account, click the Properties button. Then click the "Servers Tab". There is a checkbox at the bottom of the window that reads "My server requires authentication". This is the setting that allows you to send email through our servers. See below:
